Our live stream services run in desktop, tablet and mobile devices. If there is an issue with the live stream this webpage will display a red banner at the top of the page advising you of the issue.

If the stream is not displaying, it is likely due to your setup and we kindly ask you to please try the following:

• Ensure you are using a supported internet browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox or Edge. Ensure it is up to date. Note that Internet Explorer is no longer a supported browser as it has been replaced by Microsoft with Microsoft Edge. We recommend using Google Chrome.
• Ensure you are on the best and most reliable internet connection available. It might be worth trying another network such as a 4G hotspot if your internet is not stable.  
• Click play on the player to start the live stream and ensure the volume has been turned up on the player.

Live streaming is currently a free service, recordings will be available online and to download for up to six weeks after the service date subject to the families approval. 

Live streaming shows services in real time, as it happens, while recorded services show a video of the service directly after the event.

Your family and friends can still participate in the same way, with the only difference being that if there are internet issues, they will need to view the service after the scheduled on-site service.
