Why isn’t the live streaming working?
Our live stream services run in desktop, tablet and mobile devices. If there is an issue with the live stream this webpage will display a red banner at the top of the page advising you of the issue.

How long will this live stream and recording be available for?
Live streaming is currently a free service, recordings will be available online and to download for up to six weeks after the service date subject to the families approval.
What is the difference between live streaming and recorded services?
Live streaming shows services in real time, as it happens, while recorded services show a video of the service directly after the event.
Can I download a recording of the service?
Unfortunately not via this website. Please reach out to the family to get a copy of the recording.
What can I tell my family and friends that wanted to watch the service live
Your family and friends can still participate in the same way, with the only difference being that if there are internet issues, they will need to view the service after the scheduled on-site service.
Will I be seen or heard whilst watching this live stream?
No this is a live stream, similar to watching live tv. You will not be seen or heard during the live stream.
I see video but I cannot hear any audio?
Ensure your computers audio device is unmuted and you have turned the volume up on the live stream player. The player might start playing muted so you'll need to unmute it to hear the audio. If there is an issue with the live stream this webpage will display a red banner at the top of the page advising you of the issue.
